Going places

Sun light streaming into the hall

Aroma of freshly brewed coffee 

Crisp newspapers hurling

Laughing at column of those questions!

Rainy misty evening

Drops of rain from the leaves

Falling playfully on her gentle face

Evening of first Breathless passionate kiss!

Amidst the dense lush green forest 

Wilderness all around 

A small stream lead to a turbulent waterfall

Adventerous bath in ice cold water!

A cold winter night

Fatigued and worn out

Soft music playing entire night

Sleeping off on his lap!

Hailstorm and snow outside the tent

Bone chilling wet and cold inside the tent

His gallows humor came to rescue

Lest we were  tightly in each other's arms!

Formalin stenched morgue

Rigor set finally resting in peace

A smile frozen and etched forever in my being

Can last kiss be this lugubrious...

Darkness, Mr. Dependable lost the way

Tresspassed into a drive way

Thousand eyes flashing their eyes! 

A sight to behold! Deers in the dark! 

Going places in my mind!

I am just a sentinent being

Roads takes you to far away places

Thoughts takes me to my own little world

A world as real as it is, but unreal

A story too good to be true, but untold

A road which takes you nowhere but there

Dots don't always connect and its that way

Going places in my mind

Slithering over small and big stones

To find rhythm on the long dusty road

To pause and dance to this Divine cascade!!

14 years since I embarked on this Journey!
