Catalyst
Long ago in the four walls of a lab
I discovered, an elixir a mystery
It was enough to bring magic to this drab
A tiny drop and it changes the chemistry
Dried parched land, cloudy grey skies
A withering bud but it still tries
Scorching sun is waiting too for the thud
Drops of rain and it brought cheer to the bud
A shield so strong no one could breach
An invisible shell none could reach
Deep wounds and deeper scars
A drop of tear, a tender look; barriers all broke
Many people come and many go
Some see the fallacies, some show fantasies
Some take more than they give
And that one mortal uplifts you
In life he made her laugh, devoured her
In life he gave her the misery
In life he gave the agony of his loss
In Death, he became the catalyst of her story
Long ago, in four walls of a lab
The mysterious elixir became my tab
In the expanse of this cosmos
A tiny bit of Divine grace fills any void.
A Beautiful Word, A Tender nod
A Thoughtful action, A Sincere prayer
A genuine smile, A caring hug
You could be a catalyst in one's Journey!
