You are not alone

Life was beautiful! It was rather perfect! 13 years of marriage! Married to a loving Husband, a Beautiful home forest side, a Bubbly Joyful daughter! 

Work wise too, he was in software, an over achiever at a young age, me an Internist. Both of us doing quality work! Totally happy with abundance, love, travel, togetherness, Understanding.

It was perfect,  much to the envy of others. 

What happened over next 2-3 years are beyond my comprehension. 

Is it all perfect as it looks? 

What took my loved one away? 

Mental health issues can effect anyone and can progress with such rapidity like cancer.

Watch this space, while I talk about mental health from my own experiences. This is my humble attempt to create awareness regarding mental health. 

I am a physician and a doctor myself, yet I couldn't save my  loved one despite best efforts. 

If you are the one suffering or the care giver, know you are not alone, there is help out there. Seek it!!!

Love alone cannot save these issues. We cannot afford to lose another precious, brilliant life. 

Just know you are not alone in this journey.

PS: I am grateful to my family, friends, soul connects who have helped and helping me in this Journey called life.
