Touch

Wailing sounds heard across the room
Waiting to hear the news of the bloom
Clueless of the cold world outside
Far from the warm comfort of inside

The tiny just born whimpers and cries
Bundled into a swaddle with open eyes
The Mother's Bosom.. not leaving the clutch
That's an unconditional touch!

Midst of a large noisy crowd
Lost in the world so large
Stage has been set , heart fluttering
A reaffirming hug, that's a familiar touch!

They spoke days and months
Shared dreams and thoughts
Finally delight in their eyes
A gentle touch, ignites fiery passion

"Touch"the word..
Has left a scar in her heart
She swallows the painful scar
Extends human touch, with her heart ajar

A long long drive along the river
Sounds of natural flowing water
Twilight becoming darker
Touch of the freezing water, starts a reverie!

Mystery of unanswered calls
Mystery of whitering life
Life says, you cant have it all
Final touch..a good bye at fall

She explored the pleasures of touch
The soft texture of flowers behind her ears
The frail old paper between her fingers
The prickly green grass she lay over

The feel of the fine drizzle on her face
The breeze which touches her hair
Strong black coffee touches her lips
Grasp of her child steels her strength

Carassed by the Divine supple
Clutching onto earthly crux
Moving into realms of freedom
Her Soul untouched by all doldrums!!
