Cracking Brick wall
Rain drops evoke a sense of longing
Sunrise at dawn a dollop of hope
Aurous Sunset a sort of closure
Fragrant breeze a wafty motion
Justborn a sense of unselfish joy
Laughing child a pure innocence
Handsome youth an essence of energy
Old couple holding hands Divine comfort
A new grief curtly got introduced
She wailed cried and went mute
She safely started putting bricks
Around herself to let no light enter
She didn't sense the longing of the drops
Neither the hope of a sunrise
Or longed for Sunset or closure
She stood still in a storm
Bricks were gigantic and sturdy
Joys and innocence carried no precedence
Love, energy, bonds exists only outer her
The brick wall was a safe haven
Or a cage of apathy?
A sense of settlement perhaps
Acceptance laughed at its travesty
The brick shell got only stronger
Filching away the Life's Delight
Yet she laughed and smiled to the world
A piece of music from foregone
Past life of fantasy touched her ears
Tiny hole pierced in the wall
She closed her eyes
Deluge of tears followed
The wall came crashing down
Wounds lay open
It was like walking barefoot over the ice
Red twilight bore the witness
She had walls with windows now
Light love entered endlessly
Window sills had flower pots
Lilies bloomed
She cried her heart out
New grief turned into a little poetry
Ache is as expanse as the love
Ephemeral lives are
Years and years on
Pain and love are Amaranthine!!
3 years on since you are gone R
Honeypot, you are dearly missed..
Waiting for the Lilies to bloom at the window
